Alaska Drilling & Completions’ humble beginnings started as a two-person engineering consulting company. 6 years later, it is now made up of a team of experts driving innovation at the cross section of exploration and environment.
Together, we work thoughtfully to execute safe operations and achieve big goals around cost savings and environmental management, as we take part in the global energy transition.
Our Team
DAVID ROSS President and Co-Founder
As President and co-founder, David supports the executive management of the company and lends expert completions engineering to each project we work on.
His expansive career as an engineer in the resource industry has taken him around the world including lead roles in both operating and service companies. David is a petroleum engineer, multi-lingual and can be found adventuring throughout Alaska most weekends
TIM FLYNN Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder
As Chief Operating Officer and co-founder, Tim gives oversight to all aspects of the operation, in addition to the project management of all drilling programs executed by ADC.
Tim is a petroleum engineer focusing on drilling engineering. He is a dedicated mentor to his alma mater, the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
LAURA CAMERON Commercial Manager
Laura supports executive management in the areas of commercial and business development and focuses on the aspects of finance, strategy and communications.
In her spare time, she lends her business skills to non-profits and small businesses. She is an M.B.A. and has worked in the Alaskan oil and gas industry across many exploration projects.
PHIL MCCLEAN Rig Builder
Phil is the master rig builder from Vancouver B.C. with a record of successful mining projects around the globe. Starting as a drilling and working his way to mastery.
Phil has a complete understanding of drilling equipment, consumables, and what is needed to successfully drill a hole to target depth.
GRADY FISCHER Toolpusher
As the the Lead Toolpusher, Grady oversees the rig crew and develops key field personnel to execute safe and successful drilling programs. He has worked across the North Slope and Cook Inlet on numerous rigs throughout his career, and was awarded BP’s worldwide honor, “Good Day in GWO” for timely and effective management.
In the summers, Grady can be found fishing most weekends and snow machining through the winter.
