Founded in 2015 by industry veterans David Ross and Tim Flynn, ADC brings together decades of expertise in petroleum engineering, drilling operations, and project management. David Ross, ADC’s Chief Executive Officer, a globally experienced petroleum engineer, specializes in completions engineering and downhole well testing. Having worked in Alaska since the 1980s, David’s multilingual capabilities and technical expertise provide a strategic advantage in managing complex drilling operations. Tim Flynn, ADC’s Chief Operating Officer, is a drilling engineering specialist with over 20 years of leadership in exploration drilling projects across Alaska. As a co-founder, Tim ensures the seamless execution of all drilling programs, reinforcing ADC’s commitment to operational excellence. The company has been founded on the premise that diligent pre-planning along with sound engineering design are the keys to executing a successful project that is on schedule and on budget with sound engineering and drilling services and the intent of gaining financial independence for our futures.
